Setting up legal entities and managing the leasing process
Talent acquisition and team management
Providing operational support and infrastructure
Offering flexible engagement models
Our fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement between you and MotherBox. Payment terms will be agreed upon in advance and may include upfront payments, recurring fees, or other arrangements.
All intellectual property rights related to our services and platform belong to MotherBox. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
We will maintain the confidentiality of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed to you by MotherBox.
MotherBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
